Larry Ludwig was the Head Plant Operator for Pinellas County School District’s Shore Acres Elementary School for over 30 years. He was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma cancer in January 2024 and has been undergoing chemotherapy treatments for the past several months. The cancer forced Larry to retire early and his wife Kim has had to leave her teaching job to care for Larry and take him to the many doctor appointments that he has each week.
